To ebay staff - this person should be properly handled - 3 strikes and they are out.  Negative feedback
- as we see no other choice.  This is dragging since nov 20.  We do not believe he intends to send 
payment.

the dec31st deadline is due to ebays Unpaid Item policy where
Sellers can report an Unpaid Item  up
to 45 days after the transaction date. so this is the last deadline and it should be sufficient time
for money order to reach me.  It should take 4 days by mail to reach NY.

This person sent me a threat of leaving a bad review. I sent an e-mail to this person 2 days ago to 
ask for their address or a way to pay them with a credit card just like I did on the other bids and 
items. I have not heard back from them. I am willing to pay as I suppose
 to.
